Sponsors « DerbyCon – 3.0 September 25-29th, 2013

Bronze Package – Your logo and name will be presented on the site as well as in the handout to attendees.
Cost: $1,500.00

Silver Package – Your logo and name will be presented on the site as well as in the handout to attendees. You will also have a booth inside the conference to market to all guests.
Cost: $3,500.00

Gold Package – Your logo and name will be presented on the site as well as in the handout to attendees. Gold sponsors will also have a booth inside the main conference area where there is a lot of traffic and guests walk through to get to the presentations.
Cost: $5,000.00

Party Sponsorship Package – The party sponsorship package gets the official DerbyCon party sponsored by your company. The DerbyCon party will either be on Friday or Saturday night of the conference and will have multiple DJ’s and bands there. A banner will be made with all of the party sponsors names/logos on it to hang during the party. As a sponsor, you will get a set amount of drink tickets to hand out as well as announcements about your sponsorship at the beginning of the party. The more you sponsor, the larger amount of drink tickets you will receive. Multiple party sponsors are desired.
Minimum: $5,000.00

Diamond Package – Your logo and information will be placed on all handouts and presentation material at the opening ceremony. Your company will be mentioned in the opening ceremony to all of the attendees. Your logo and name will be presented on the highest tier on the site and handout. Your company can send fliers to be included in the handouts as marketing material along with swag to be included in the bags. Your booth will be setup at the top of the escalators where you will get the most traffic. Lastly, you will be able to include a print ad in our handout.
