Ticket Sales – What to Expect Tomorrow (Saturday May 4, 2019)

Howdy DerbyCon folks!

Tomorrow marks the day ticket sales go up for grabs.

Tickets are sold through a third party provider called EventBrite.

Tickets will go live promptly on May 4, 2019 at 12:00PM ET (Derby Day). We aren’t going to be releasing them early or at a different time.

IMPORTANT: You do not need to visit this site, since it is housed at EventBrite, please visit this URL at 12:00PMET:

All major forms of credit cards are accepted. Please note that we do not take orders pre-conference and there is no way to register ahead of time. Tickets are a first come first serve basis.

You can select both general admission tickets and training as part of the same process. Note that if you purchase a training, it also includes general admission.

There is no limit on how many training tickets you can purchase in one transaction. There is a limit however on general admission and is set to a max of 4 per transaction.

Tickets on both training and general admission go VERY fast – usually within a few minutes. We know that the demand is even higher this year than it has been in the past and especially being the last DerbyCon. We want to apologize for those that aren’t able to grab tickets.

If you didn’t get a ticket don’t fret, we will be releasing small numbers of tickets leading up to DerbyCon. Additionally, join the Slack channel and join the sell-buy-tickets channel. Note that leading up to DerbyCon, especially a few weeks before – a number of tickets go up for sale. If you try and really want to come to DerbyCon, you will get there.

Good luck to everyone, and we look forward to seeing everyone at DerbyCon!
